WELCOME TO (Twenty-Nineteen)

Dear Constituents,

I welcome you all to another blissful year of amazing grace. So happy we have all crossed over to 2019 in sound health and with joy full in our hearts.

Permit me to use this new beginning to appreciate you people of OJO local government for your steadfastness and support on out course, especially, as a 4years term is suddenly winding up. How much of thank you will I continue to say to have merit your individual efforts that has took us this far.

I will not hesitate to appreciate the effort of my fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters who are sons and daughters of the soil in OJO local government, I welcome you to 2019. The opportunity you gave to me some years back as one of you placed me where I am today. I am delighted and humbled to have been one of you and I will forever keep saying thank you so much.
My joy knows no bound each time I remember the non-indigenous people of OJO local government (the Ndi'Igbo, the South-South, the Arewa and all other tribes resident within the local government) I can't but welcome you into a wonderful year like 2019. Remember we roughed 2018 together and God in His mercies have spared our life to be here together in another great year. Without mincing words, I will not fail to remind you 2019 is an electioneering year and a strategic one where we all are to make a life time decision about our future and the future of our dear Nigeria. However, let's also together use the start of this year to reflect on the past economic hardship we have all been through, especially between 2015 till date. I pray we will see that goliath no more. Mind you, it is only your usual bulk vote that can make it become history.

Never will I have forgotten the ever great and most ATIKULATED youths of OJO local government, I welcome you all to this year. My prayers for you is that your failures in 2018 will become appointments for you in 2019. Moreover, I am of the believe that by now, you all must have dusted your permanent voters cards and kept them nearer to you for another historical voting like you did in 2015. Aside all, how much of my  thank you would have match your individual sagacity that led us into this successful journey. I am indeed humble and proud of all "OJO YOUTHS"....Build the youths; Build the Nation.

MY MOTHERS: who sat and watched my infant head, when sleeping on my cradle bed. And tears of sweet affection shed, my mothers. Even if I will recite the entire verses of this well known poem, it doesn't still explain best your efforts so far on me. Thank you so so much and I love you mothers.

Hmmm....my wife, my treasure. I had walked through life with nothing, until you, I know no pleasure. You have remained a tough, rugged and dogged pillar behind my struggle, you are a gift from God I must confess. I am very grateful and welcome you to a prosperous 2019. Don't forget the struggle is around the corner again.

On a final note, permit me all to use my amiable leader, Alhaji Adio (a.k.a) " CITY" to extend a sweet 2019 greetings to every other leaders, LGA excos, ward excos, zonal excos and every members of the PDP in OJO local government. You are the success pencils that made this story readable, I salute and welcome you all to 2019

To everyone resident in OJO federal constituency, irrespective of whom you are, where you are from and where you belong, i thank your courageous effort all and welcome you on board 2019.

Obasa Meets China Ambassador: Advocates A Mini Technology Hub for Ojo Local Government

In what could be referred to as a familiarization meeting yesterday, Hon. Tajudeen Adekunle Obasa (MHR) took a step further in presenting Ojo Local Government before the world.T he meeting in company of some other Nigerian federal legislatures and members of the National Assembly highlights some very important agendas which is unique to each of the visiting law makers. On the part of Obasa, some part of his speech centered on how the Chinese Ambassador ( Zhao Yong) will use his office in supporting him to ensure Ojo Local Government becomes a mini Technology Hub in Lagos State. Obasa reiterated the high rate of young adults migration into his constituency is either due to education as the local government houses the Lagos State University and or business since the world biggest electronics market in Africa (Alaba Int'l Market) is also situated within the local government.
