PARADYM SHIFT: Obasa Thinks Agric-Economy; Empowers Constituents.

The need to join the global campaign on the shift from the concentration on oil products for economy sustainability to Agricultural produce is a key strategy if Nigeria will keep increasing its financial and economc status to get more balance by 2040. Soundly speaking, it takes a critical thinking human oracle like (TJ) to be pointing in this future developmental direction.

The quest for this has brought about the collaboration of the ' Office of the Member representing the Ojo Federal Constituency', occupied by Hon. Tajudeen Adekunle Obasa (MHR), The Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology (Moor Plantation- Ibadan) and Habbey Lincoln International Ltd. The coming together of the trio is basically to prepare and equip some individuals of the Ojo Constituents in Animal Production for sustainability and economy use ahead of the said shift and using same opportunity to empower the participants with (Birds, Feeds and Finance) as take-off benefits.

The educative and empowerment event which was the brainchild of Hon. Obasa kickstarted with an opening remarks presented on behalf of the MHR, emphasizing on the need for Nigerians to follow the trends of other developing nations who have begin to or have looked away from petroleum produce as the mega means of national survival to embrace Agricultural expansion like plantations and animal husbandry as alternatives. Furtherance to this, the MHR informed the sitted partcipants that the ongoing programme is not the first of its kind from his office to the Ojo Constituency as similar programmes has been held about one and two years back in which majority of the participants are still in the buisness till today. Haven said much about his antecedents, Hon. Obasa humbly declare open the training session which was anchored by Mr. Saka Azeez Abiodun (an Agricultural resource person from the moor plantation).

The Day-1 session of the training and empowerment programme was well informative and comprehensively designed to suit the understanding of the upcoming agro-economists combined with a sumptous launch break session to make the participants relax and assimilate after a long hour of training before the concluding part of the day-1 begins.

The Day-2 of the training session was more funful than the previous day as this entails mainly agricultural site-seeing as form of praticals for the participants. After which empowerment materials were distributed which includes: 100 pieces of birds packed in two catorns, four variety bags of feeds, liquid medicinal contents and feed trays to enable the birds feed comfortably.

As participants are still busy expressing appreciations and excitements over what has been given to them so far; Hon. Obasa again lashed each of the trainee participants with a sum of #10,000 each as finance to move the benefits down to their various residential locations and use the balance of it for any quick expenses they might need in keeping the birds safe. The excitement day conclusively winds up with the presentation of partcipants certificates as evidence of attending the training and empowerment session.

We're not mediocres... let's see a visible project done by your administration and bill sponsored by you in the parliament. Your project are limited to your fellow politicians and not residents of your constistuents.
